Taxes are applied to your order based on the regulations of the country of destination. You can view the tax amount for your order in the order confirmation email.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

How can I check the status of my order?

Are there any additional fees to the amount confirmed at checkout?

There are no additional fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

How can I request information on a product that is no longer available?

You can contact our Customer Service for more information on availability online or in one of our Boutiques.

Where can I find technical information about individual products?

On each product page, you'll find information about its composition, size comparison, and care instructions.

Where can I find the size chart?

You can find the size conversion chart and identify the one that best suits you using the tab on the product page.

Can I add products to an existing order?

You cannot add products to an existing order. You must place a new order.

Is purchasing products online through www.buonanno.it safe?

Online transactions are transmitted via a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.

How can I track my order shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from the courier, and from there you can track your package.

Is it possible to purchase a product and send it as a gift?

To send the product in exclusive gift packaging during the order process, you can include a note in the order specifying that it is a gift.

How can I return a product?

How many days do I have to return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. For more information, see the dedicated Return Procedure section.

Can I return a product I received as a gift?

The person who placed the order can return a product purchased as a gift within 14 days of receiving it. For more information, see the dedicated Returns Procedure section.

Can I exchange a product?

Within 14 days of receiving the item, you can exchange it for an alternative size or color. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, see the Returns Procedure section.

Can I return two different orders in a single return shipment?

No, it's not possible to return two different orders in a single return shipment. A separate return authorization request must be submitted for each order received.

Can I send the return with a different courier than the one that delivered my order?

Yes, you can use a courier of your choice.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where is my return?

To track your return shipment, click on the tracking number provided by your courier.

How long does it take to get a refund in case of a return?

Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will process your refund request within a few days. Refund times vary depending on the payment method used when placing the order. Generally, the process is completed within 30 days of receiving the returned products. Any delays in receiving your refund may depend on the payment method used.

Can I send a return from a different country than the one the order was shipped to?

Customers may return Products from any country within 14 days of receiving the package. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the Customer.

Do I have to send back any gifts received with my order if I return them?

Yes, you must return any gifts received with your order if you return products.

Can I return my purchase from a boutique?

Yes, you can return your purchase to a boutique. You can find a list of available boutiques here.

How can I return my purchase from a boutique?

Upon arrival at the boutique, you will be asked to provide your purchase confirmation email or the return request email. The merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, and with the accompanying tax documentation.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods accepted for purchases in our online boutique are: credit or debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. For more information, see Payment Methods .

When will the charge be made?

For payments by card or PayPal, the amount will be charged to the selected payment method immediately after the order is accepted. You will receive a purchase confirmation email confirming that the amount due has been charged.

Why is my credit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

If you receive a notification that your payment method has been declined, please check that:
• the card details or payment information have been entered correctly;
• the security code is correct;
• the credit card has not expired.
If all of the above information is correct, please contact your bank or payment service provider.

In which currencies can I pay?

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times start from the date of shipment and depend on the shipping service selected or available in each country.

Which countries does Buonanno ship to?

We ship worldwide, net of any Social Policies conditions of the destination country that make it impossible to ship the package. If you have any doubts or do not find your country in the list at checkout, please contact our Customer Care .

How much are the shipping costs?

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All purchases made on www.buonanno.it require the signature of the Customer or a designated adult.

What should I do if the package is damaged upon receipt?

If your package is damaged upon delivery, we recommend accepting the shipment and specifying the damage. We then invite you to contact our Customer Service .

Where are the products purchased in the online boutique shipped from?

Products purchased in our online boutique are shipped directly from Italy to one of our logistics centers.
