Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will process your refund request within a few days. Refund times vary depending on the payment method used when placing the order. Yes, you must return any gifts received with your order if you return products.
Yes, you can return your purchase to a boutique. You can find a list of available boutiques here.
Upon arrival at the boutique, you will be asked to provide your purchase confirmation email or the return request email. The merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, and with the accompanying tax documentation.
Payment methods accepted for purchases in our online boutique are: credit or debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. For more information, see Payment Methods .
For payments by card or PayPal, the amount will be charged to the selected payment method immediately after the order is accepted. You will receive a purchase confirmation email confirming that the amount due has been charged.
